A Los Angeles Clippers broadcast host has denied responsibility for an apparent flatulence sound captured on a hot microphone during a recent transmission. The incident, which circulated on social media platform X, prompted the unnamed broadcaster to address the situation publicly.
Video footage shared by user MattWallace888 showed the moment during a Clippers broadcast when the audible sound occurred. The host subsequently issued a denial, stating they were not the source of the noise.
The lighthearted moment quickly gained attention online, becoming a brief talking point among NBA fans and sports media observers. Such hot mic incidents occasionally occur during live sports broadcasts, though they rarely involve broadcasters directly addressing bodily function sounds on air.
