Wimberley High School's football team moved closer to a perfect season Friday night as the Texans' running backs accounted for six touchdowns in a victory over Manor New Tech at Wimberley High School in Wimberley, Texas.
Senior running back Jakari Washington, wearing number 26, was among the scorers as Wimberley celebrated a touchdown during the October 30 contest. The dynamic ground attack has positioned the Texans as contenders for an undefeated campaign.
The win keeps Wimberley's championship aspirations alive as they continue their pursuit of a flawless record through the 2026 Texas high school football season.
