Five-star prospect Xavier Young, ranked among the top 15 overall recruits in the 2028 class, has committed to LSU and will reclassify to the 2027 class, according to a report by Joe Tipton on Saturday.
The decision adds a significant piece to head coach Will Wade's future roster. Young's reclassification means he will arrive on campus a year earlier than originally planned.
