The Boston Bruins have taken an extended look at Detroit Red Wings defenseman Simon Edvinsson, according to recent reports.
The 21-year-old Swedish blueliner was on the ice during the Bruins' 3-2 overtime victory over the Red Wings at TD Garden on December 3, 2024, where he matched up against Boston's Nikita Zadorov. The Bruins' continued evaluation suggests potential trade interest as they seek to strengthen their blue line.
