Indianapolis Colts fans have pushed back against a former NFL scout's controversial take on team CEO Carlie Irsay-Gordon, according to a report from Pro Football Network. The backlash prompted responses such as "You're Wrong" and "Find a New Career" directed at the unnamed former scout.
Details of the scout's specific comments were not disclosed in the initial report. Irsay-Gordon, who has served as the franchise's chief executive, was photographed on the field at Lucas Oil Stadium following the Colts' preseason game against the Detroit Lions on August 29, 2026.
The fan reaction highlights the strong connection between the Colts' ownership and the Indianapolis community. Irsay-Gordon represents the second generation of the Irsay family to lead the organization after her father, Jim Irsay.
