Major League Baseball announced the 2026 Rawlings Gold Glove Award winners on Sunday night, with Chicago Cubs center fielder Pete Crow-Armstrong capturing his second consecutive National League honor. Crow-Armstrong, who also won in 2025 and is widely expected to be named the NL MVP for 2026, posted a Statcast Fielding Runs Value of +26 — the fifth-best single-season mark since the metric debuted in 2016 and the second-best by a non-catcher, trailing only Nick Ahmed's +28 at shortstop in 2018.
American League Winners
The Boston Red Sox led all clubs with three Gold Gloves: Caleb Durbin at third base, Ceddanne Rafaela in center field, and Wilyer Abreu in right field. The Arizona Diamondbacks also claimed three, all in the National League: Gabriel Moreno at catcher, Geraldo Perdomo at shortstop, and Corbin Carroll in right field. Other American League winners included Dillon Dingler (catcher, Tigers), Christian Walker (first base, Astros), Cole Young (second base, Mariners), Taylor Walls (shortstop, Rays), Cody Bellinger (left field, Yankees), Tanner Bibee (pitcher, Guardians), and Ezequiel Duran (utility, Rangers).
National League Winners
In the National League, Matt Olson (first base, Braves), Brice Turang (second base, Brewers), Alex Bregman (third base, Cubs), Jackson Chourio (left field, Brewers), Pete Crow-Armstrong (center field, Cubs), Nolan McLean (pitcher, Mets), and Mauricio Dubón (utility, Braves) rounded out the winners. Gold Gloves have been awarded since 1957, with voting split between managers and coaches (75%) and a statistical component (25%). Postseason performance does not factor into the voting.
