Missouri Tigers head coach Dennis Gates has ruled out two additional players before the team's season opener, bringing the total number of unavailable players to four. The announcement comes as the program prepares for the start of the 2026-27 campaign following an exhibition game against the Kansas State Wildcats at Bramlage Coliseum in Manhattan, Kansas, on October 23, 2026.
The specific identities of the sidelined players and the nature of their absences have not been disclosed. The Tigers' coaching staff will need to adjust rotations and game plans with a depleted roster as the regular season approaches.
