Manchester United have initiated contact with Julian Nagelsmann as they explore managerial options, according to reports from The Peoples Person on November 1, 2026. The German coach, currently unattached after leaving Bayern Munich in 2023, is also attracting interest from other leading European clubs.
The 37-year-old Nagelsmann has been out of management since his departure from Bayern Munich in March 2023. His previous roles include Hoffenheim, RB Leipzig, and the German national team, where he led Germany to the Euro 2024 quarter-finals on home soil.
United's approach comes amid ongoing uncertainty surrounding the managerial position at Old Trafford. The club has been linked with several high-profile coaches in recent months as they seek to stabilize their sporting project.
