Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Travon Walker is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts after sustaining a rib injury, the team announced. Walker, the first overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, left the contest in the first half and was initially evaluated on the sideline before heading to the locker room for further examination.
The Jaguars' pass rush will be tested without Walker, who entered the game with 5.5 sacks on the season. Jacksonville's defense has relied heavily on his ability to generate pressure from the edge, and his absence could shift the momentum in a tightly contested AFC South matchup. The team has not provided a specific timeline for his potential return to the field.
