Cleveland Browns quarterback Watson has entered the NFL's concussion protocol after symptoms surfaced, casting doubt on his availability for the upcoming game against the New Orleans Saints. The team announced the move on November 4, 2026.
With Watson sidelined, backup quarterback Sanders is in line to start against the Saints. The Browns have not provided a timetable for Watson's return as he progresses through the league's mandated protocol.
