Fantasy managers navigating Week 9 tight end decisions should prioritize Cincinnati Bengals' Mike Gesicki while fading Buffalo Bills' Dalton Kincaid, according to the latest projections and rankings.
Gesicki, wearing number 88 for Cincinnati, reinforced his fantasy appeal with a fourth-quarter touchdown against the Tennessee Titans at Paycor Stadium on November 1, 2026. The score highlighted his red-zone involvement and connection with quarterback Joe Burrow, factors that elevate his ceiling for the upcoming slate.
Conversely, Kincaid's target share and touchdown upside have been inconsistent within Buffalo's offense, making him a riskier start despite his athletic profile. The rankings reflect a preference for Gesicki's clearer path to production in a high-powered Bengals passing attack.
Managers should monitor injury reports and matchup specifics through the week, but the current data supports Gesicki as a confident starter and Kincaid as a candidate for the bench in Week 9 lineups.
