NFL insider Dianna Russini provided a cryptic update regarding a potential return to coaching for former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel, seven months after a scandal that led to his departure. The update, reported by Sami Haider for Gridiron Heroics on November 6, 2026, offered few details but sparked speculation among league insiders about Vrabel's next move.
Vrabel, who was fired by the Titans in January 2026 amid controversy, has been linked to several head coaching vacancies. Russini's report suggests that discussions may be underway, though no specific team or timeline was disclosed.
The scandal, which involved allegations of improper conduct, resulted in Vrabel's exit after six seasons with the Titans. Since then, the 48-year-old coach has maintained a low profile while awaiting another opportunity.
Russini, a respected NFL reporter, has a track record of breaking coaching hiring news. Her latest comment adds to the growing belief that Vrabel could return to an NFL sideline in the near future.
