Former German tennis star Boris Becker has shed light on why current world number one Alexander Zverev struggles with popularity in his home country. According to Becker, Zverev's strained relationship with journalists plays a significant role in his public perception.
Becker, a six-time Grand Slam champion, suggested that Zverev's interactions with the media have contributed to a lack of warmth from German fans. The comments highlight the ongoing scrutiny faced by top athletes regarding their media engagement.
