Yahoo Sports has released its staff picks for the upcoming college football matchup between the No. 4 ranked Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Miami Hurricanes. The preview comes ahead of a highly anticipated game featuring one of the nation's top-ranked teams.
The Fighting Irish enter the contest with a strong season resume, having previously defeated the Stanford Cardinal 49-7 on October 10, 2026, at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana. That victory showcased Notre Dame's defensive strength, with cornerback Jayden Sanders and linebacker Jaylen Sneed among the key contributors.
Miami will look to challenge the fourth-ranked Irish in what promises to be a significant test for both programs. The staff picks article, authored by Joshua Vowles of SB Nation, was published on November 6, 2026, providing analysis and predictions for the matchup.
