The Texas Longhorns men's basketball program enters the 2026-27 season with heightened expectations as head coach Sean Miller begins his second year at the helm. Miller guided Texas through his first season in the Southeastern Conference. The Longhorns will play their home games at the Moody Center in Austin, where they hosted the LeMoyne Dolphins on December 16, 2025, in a non-conference matchup. With a returning core and key additions, Texas aims to contend for an SEC title and make a deep NCAA Tournament run.
