A Barstool Sports staffer has described working with former NFL punter turned media personality Pat McAfee as "always paranoid," according to a report by Matt Yoder published Thursday. The piece, credited to The Pat McAfee Show and Out and About, offers insight into the working environment around McAfee's popular sports media platform. McAfee, who played for the Indianapolis Colts before transitioning to broadcasting, has built a significant following through his eponymous show. The staffer's characterization suggests a high-pressure atmosphere behind the scenes of one of sports media's fastest-growing personalities.
