Former NFL quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III has declared he is "100%" interested in becoming the next head coach at Baylor University, should the position become available. The statement comes amid speculation surrounding the future of current head coach Dave Aranda.
Griffin III, who currently works as an analyst for ESPN, made the comments during a recent media appearance. He played college football at Baylor from 2008 to 2011, winning the Heisman Trophy in 2011. Aranda has been Baylor's head coach since 2020, leading the team to a Big 12 championship in 2021.
