The Portland Trail Blazers have released troubling injury news regarding star guard Ja Morant, according to a report published Friday. The announcement comes days after Morant, wearing jersey No. 1, was photographed on the sidelines alongside Blazers staff member Micah Nori during Portland's 136-129 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers at Crypto.com Arena on October 27, 2026.
Details of the specific injury and expected timeline for Morant's return were not immediately disclosed in the initial report. The Blazers' medical staff is expected to provide further updates on the All-Star guard's condition in the coming days.
