Newcastle United are making a significant move to sign Ruben Loftus-Cheek from AC Milan, with the Italian club reportedly open to a transfer. The England international midfielder featured for Milan in their UEFA Europa League league phase match against AFC Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on October 22, 2026.
Loftus-Cheek, who joined AC Milan from Chelsea in 2023, has been a regular in the Rossoneri midfield. Newcastle's interest signals their intent to strengthen their squad with proven Premier League experience. The 28-year-old has made over 150 Premier League appearances across spells with Chelsea, Crystal Palace, and Fulham before his move to Serie A.
