The Carolina Panthers have moved on from defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero, according to reports. The decision comes after Evero was retained in the role on February 8, 2024, when the team also hired Brad Idzik as offensive coordinator and Tracy Smith as special teams coordinator.
Evero had served as the Panthers' defensive coordinator since 2023. A file photo from September 18, 2023, shows him on the sidelines before a game against the New Orleans Saints in Charlotte. The Panthers have not yet announced a replacement for the defensive coordinator position.
