With several key injuries shaping Week 8 fantasy football lineups, managers are targeting sleepers across multiple positions. Eagles rookie Makai Lemon emerged as a high-end No. 3 receiver after catching seven passes for 67 yards and a touchdown on eight targets against Dallas, with DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks both sidelined again. Washington's defense ranks sixth in fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers, boosting Lemon's outlook with quarterback Tanner McKee.
In Tampa Bay, Chris Godwin profiles as a No. 3 option against Atlanta, while Ted Hurst and Tez Johnson are deeper-league fliers. Tight end Cade Otton is a streaming candidate with the Falcons allowing the ninth-most fantasy points to the position. For New England, Hunter Henry remains a top-five tight end after scoring at least 11.2 PPR points in four straight games, and Demario Douglas is a high-end No. 3 receiver despite a quiet Week 7. Efton Chism III warrants a flier in deeper leagues after producing 10.9 PPR points per game before A.J. Brown's return.
Tennessee's Wan'Dale Robinson is the only Titans pass-catcher worth starting in three-receiver leagues, facing a Bengals defense that has allowed three receivers to score 12-plus PPR points in their last two games. At quarterback, Jacoby Brissett, Geno Smith, Kyler Murray, and Sam Darnold are low-end starters with favorable matchups. Running back sleepers include Braelon Allen (flex alongside Breece Hall), Rachaad White (lead back for Washington), Blake Corum (three straight games with a touchdown), and Jonah Coleman (increased touches expected per Sean Payton).
Wide receiver sleepers feature Germie Bernard (Pittsburgh), Antonio Williams (Washington), Kendrick Bourne (Arizona), Omar Cooper Jr. (Jets), KC Concepcion (Cleveland), and Keenan Allen (Indianapolis). Tight end options include Chigoziem Okonkwo (Washington), Brenton Strange (Jacksonville), Michael Mayer (Las Vegas), and Mason Taylor (Jets). Defense/special teams streamers: Bengals vs. Titans, Chiefs at Broncos, Buccaneers vs. Falcons. Top kickers: Chris Boswell, Chase McLaughlin, Matt Gay.
DFS lineups highlight Geno Smith and Garrett Wilson in a Jets-Raiders revenge game on FanDuel, while DraftKings favors Trevor Lawrence and Brenton Strange against Indianapolis. Both lineups incorporate Rhamondre Stevenson against a vulnerable Miami run defense.
