Sunderland's young prospects Jocelin Ta Bi and Jules Ahoka have been highlighted as potential "bolters" – surprise breakout players – following their involvement in the Carabao Cup Round of 16 tie against Brentford at the Stadium of Light on October 28, 2026.
The pair featured in the match, with Ahoka pictured in action during the game. Speculation is growing about whether the academy graduates can force their way into regular first-team contention.
