Boston Bruins center Elias Lindholm scored the game-winning goal in overtime to secure a victory over the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at TD Garden in Boston.
Lindholm's goal came past Blackhawks goaltender Arvid Soderblom, giving Boston the win in the NHL matchup.
Earlier in the game, Bruins winger David Pastrnak recorded a goal, moving him past franchise legend Patrice Bergeron on the team's all-time scoring list.
Chicago's Tyler Bertuzzi and Anton Frondell also found the net for the Blackhawks, while Bruins goaltender Michael DiPietro made a key save on Connor Bedard despite losing his stick during the first period.
The win improves the Bruins' record early in the 2026-27 season.
