WWE superstar John Cena appeared on Monday Night Raw to announce details for the upcoming "John Cena Classic" event and unveiled a new championship title. The announcement came shortly after Cena and his wife, Shay Shariatzadeh, attended the Los Angeles premiere of "Coyote vs. Acme" on August 26, 2026.
Cena provided specifics about the John Cena Classic during the Raw broadcast, though further details about the event's format and schedule were not immediately disclosed. The introduction of a new championship adds another layer to Cena's ongoing involvement with WWE programming.
