New York Mets prospects Ryan Lambert and Irving Cota have been selected to participate in the Arizona Fall League Fall Stars Game, SNY reported Wednesday. The annual showcase features the top performers from the AFL, MLB's premier offseason development league.
Lambert and Cota earned the recognition after strong showings in the Fall League, which brings together elite minor league talent from all 30 organizations. The Fall Stars Game is scheduled as part of the AFL's championship week festivities.
