Jack Grealish has been omitted from Everton's Carabao Cup squad following a reported discipline breach. The winger, who is on loan from Manchester City, was left out of the matchday selection as a disciplinary measure.
Grealish joined Everton on a season-long loan from Manchester City in the summer transfer window. The 29-year-old has made limited appearances for the Toffees this season.
