West Ham United are reportedly targeting Scott Parker as their next manager following the sacking of Nuno Espírito Santo. The former Fulham and Bournemouth boss has been linked with the vacant position at the London Stadium, according to AFP reports on Tuesday.
Parker, who previously managed in the Premier League with Fulham and had a spell at Club Brugge, is seen as a potential candidate to take over the Hammers. The club parted ways with Nuno after a disappointing run of results, leaving the managerial position open.
The 43-year-old English coach has been out of work since leaving his role at Club Brugge earlier this year. West Ham's hierarchy are said to be evaluating several options, with Parker emerging as a leading contender for the role.
