Cleveland Browns fans expressed frustration and confusion following a recent admission by quarterback prospect Shedeur Sanders, according to a Yahoo Sports report published Thursday. The Colorado quarterback, son of NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, has been frequently linked to Cleveland in mock drafts ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft.
The report, authored by Brogan Clasper via HITC, highlighted a wave of social media reaction from Browns supporters who appear weary of the ongoing speculation surrounding Sanders' potential fit with the franchise. Specific details of Sanders' admission were not disclosed in the initial report.
Sanders, a two-time SWAC Offensive Player of the Year, has thrown for over 6,900 yards and 64 touchdowns in two seasons at Colorado after transferring from Jackson State. The Browns, who have cycled through numerous quarterbacks since 1999, hold a high draft pick in the upcoming selection process.
