Wales head coach Steve Tandy has insisted that national team selection will be determined by player form rather than the geographic location of their clubs. Tandy, who has recorded three wins and nine losses in his first twelve internationals at the helm, said the best available players will be chosen irrespective of whether they play in Wales or abroad.
