Florida State University is reportedly finalizing the addition of veteran coach Paul Pasqualoni to its football staff as a defensive analyst, with the move expected to be completed next week. Pasqualoni most recently served as an assistant coach for the Memphis Showboats in the United Football League (UFL), where he was photographed on the sidelines during a game against the Birmingham Stallions at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium on May 4, 2024.
The hiring would bring extensive defensive experience to the Seminoles' program. Pasqualoni has a long coaching career spanning both college and professional ranks, including previous head coaching positions at Syracuse University and the University of Connecticut, as well as NFL assistant roles with the Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, and Detroit Lions.
