Former Tennessee Volunteers standout Dalton Knecht made his NBA debut with the New York Knicks on November 5, 2026, with a putback dunk providing the highlight of his first appearance.
The rookie forward, selected by the Knicks in the 2024 NBA Draft, saw his first regular-season action in a game that showcased his athleticism around the rim.
Knecht's transition from college star at Tennessee to the professional stage marks a significant milestone for the Knoxville product, whose putback slam energized the home crowd at Madison Square Garden.
