England's all-time leading Test wicket-taker James Anderson may be given a chance to join Surrey, according to a BBC report. The 42-year-old fast bowler, who retired from international cricket in July 2024 after claiming 704 wickets in 188 Tests, has been linked with a move to the London-based county club.
Anderson spent his entire domestic career with Lancashire before his international retirement. Surrey, who have won multiple County Championship titles in recent years, could provide a new chapter for the veteran seamer should discussions progress.
