The Los Angeles Lakers have assigned guard Bronny James to the NBA G League for another stint, the team announced Thursday. The move continues the development plan for the 20-year-old son of Lakers star LeBron James.
James, selected 55th overall in the 2024 NBA Draft, has split time between the Lakers and their G League affiliate, the South Bay Lakers, during his rookie season. This latest assignment aims to provide him with additional playing time and on-court experience.
The Lakers' next game is scheduled for Friday against the Toronto Raptors.
