Formula 1 driver Sergio Perez has agreed a multi-year contract extension with Cadillac, the series' newest team set to debut in 2026. The Mexican driver, who has six Grand Prix victories to his name, most recently won in Azerbaijan in 2023.
The deal secures Perez's future with the American manufacturer as they prepare to enter the championship as the 11th team. Cadillac's entry marks a significant expansion of Formula 1's grid and represents a major commitment from General Motors to the sport's top tier.
