University of Houston senior Joseph Tugler is embracing a leadership role for the Cougars basketball team as he begins his final season. Tugler, who has observed previous UH teammates take on similar responsibilities, is now the veteran presence on the roster.
The Houston native's personal journey is reflected in his tattoos, which tell the story of his life and basketball career. As a senior, Tugler aims to guide younger teammates while contributing on the court for the program.
