Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokić has moved past Boston Celtics legend John Havlicek on the NBA's all-time assists list. Jokić surpassed Havlicek's career total of 6,114 assists during the 2026-27 season, further cementing his status as one of the greatest passing big men in league history.
The milestone occurred on October 29, 2026, as Jokić continues to rewrite the record books for centers. The Serbian star's unique playmaking ability has made him a perennial MVP candidate and the engine of Denver's offense.
