Sergio Garcia has confirmed his departure from LIV Golf after five seasons, setting his sights on a return to the Ryder Cup. The Spanish golfer won two individual titles during his time with the Saudi-backed league and served as captain of the Fireballs GC team.
Ryder Cup ambitions
Garcia's move comes as he seeks to regain eligibility for Europe's Ryder Cup squad, having been a key figure in previous editions of the biennial competition. The 44-year-old has represented Europe 10 times, contributing 25.5 points across his appearances.
