Evangel University athletic director Chuck Hepola has decided to focus singularly on the school's athletic department, according to a report by Liam Keating of the Springfield News-Leader published on October 29, 2026.
The decision allows Hepola to dedicate his full attention to overseeing Evangel's sports programs.
