The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced that the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) will revert to a two-year cycle. The decision reverses a previous change and follows CAF's overturning of the initial awarding of the 2025 tournament to Senegal, with Morocco now set to host the edition.
