Texas Southern University's football team aims to build momentum with a second straight victory when Grambling State visits this weekend for a Southwestern Athletic Conference matchup. The Tigers enter the contest looking to capitalize on home-field advantage against their conference rivals.
The game is scheduled for Friday, October 30, 2026, with kickoff set for 12:00 PM UTC. Texas Southern will host Grambling at their home venue as both programs continue their SWAC campaigns.
This rivalry game carries added significance for both historically Black college football programs as they navigate the conference schedule. Texas Southern's pursuit of back-to-back wins would provide a boost in the standings, while Grambling seeks to disrupt their opponent's momentum on the road.
