Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown is in danger of missing the team's Week 8 matchup, according to early injury reports, creating uncertainty for fantasy football managers who rely on the star pass-catcher.
Brown, who has been a cornerstone of Philadelphia's offense since his arrival, appeared on the practice report this week with a designation that puts his availability in question. The Eagles have not released specific details on the nature of the injury, but the development opens the door for a potential sleeper wide receiver to see increased targets if Brown is sidelined.
Fantasy managers should monitor official injury reports leading up to kickoff and have contingency plans ready. The Eagles' next opponent and game time will factor into lineup decisions for those with Brown on their rosters.
