Boston Red Sox starting pitcher Sonny Gray has officially entered free agency after the club declined its mutual option for the 2027 season, multiple outlets reported on October 30, 2026.
The decision makes Gray an unrestricted free agent this offseason, allowing him to negotiate with any team.
