Chiefs vs Broncos: NFL Week 8 Prediction, Odds, and Model Picks
World Sports · 00:54:29 - Friday, 6 November 2026

The Kansas City Chiefs (5-1) and Denver Broncos (5-2) meet in an AFC West rematch with significant division implications on Sunday at Empower Field at Mile High. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET, broadcast on CBS and Paramount+.

Kansas City won the first meeting 31-10 in Week 1. The Chiefs enter off their first loss of the season, a 20-3 defeat at Seattle, while Denver has won three consecutive games. The Broncos have won the last three home meetings against the Chiefs.

Denver cornerback Patrick Surtain II is set to return from a three-game absence due to an ankle injury, bolstering the Broncos' defense.

Current odds list the Chiefs as 1.5-point favorites with an over/under of 41.5 points. The money line has Kansas City at -112 and Denver at -103.

SportsLine's simulation model, which has returned over $5,000 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since inception and is on a 58-51 run since 2024, projects the Under 41.5 points as the top play. The Under has hit in five of seven Broncos games and four of six Chiefs games this season. Kansas City has held three opponents to 10 points or fewer, while Denver has limited its last three opponents to between 14 and 17 points.

The model also indicates one side of the spread hits in over 50% of simulations. Detailed picks are available at SportsLine.
