Golf legend Nick Faldo has reportedly taken issue with a habit Scottie Scheffler has maintained throughout his entire golfing career, according to a recent Yahoo Sports report. The specific detail of Scheffler's longstanding practice that drew Faldo's criticism was not disclosed in the initial headline.
Faldo, a six-time major champion and respected television analyst, has frequently offered technical assessments of current players' games. Scheffler, the world's top-ranked golfer and multiple PGA Tour winner, has built his success on a distinctive swing and approach that has occasionally drawn commentary from analysts.
The report, authored by Antony Martin and published on October 28, 2026, suggests the critique centers on a fundamental aspect of Scheffler's game that has persisted since his early development. Further details on the specific technique or habit in question were not immediately available.
