Portland Trail Blazers guard Ja Morant suffered an injury during the team's game against the Memphis Grizzlies on October 29, 2026, at Moda Center. The injury forces the Blazers to adjust their rotation and game plan moving forward.
Details on the nature and severity of Morant's injury have not been disclosed. The Blazers will need to rely on their depth to compensate for the absence of their star guard, who was seen driving to the basket against Grizzlies center Quinten Post in the first half.
Head coach and front office are expected to provide an update on Morant's status in the coming days as the team prepares for its next fixtures.
