Clemson and Florida State's ongoing legal battle with the Atlantic Coast Conference over television revenue distribution has not altered the broadcast arrangement for their Week 9 matchup. The game will again be televised on ACC Network, the conference's owned channel.
The two schools filed suit against the ACC seeking a larger share of media rights revenue, arguing the current distribution model disadvantages them. Despite the litigation, the conference's scheduling and broadcast commitments for the 2026 season remain unchanged.
