The Jacksonville Jaguars have elevated a linebacker to their active game-day roster for their Week 8 contest against the Indianapolis Colts, according to a report from Jaguars Wire on Saturday.
The roster move was announced on October 31, 2026, ahead of the AFC South divisional matchup. The specific linebacker's name was not disclosed in the initial report by Paul Bretl.
Elevations from the practice squad to the game-day roster are a standard NFL procedure that allows teams additional flexibility for specific weekly matchups. The Jaguars and Colts are set to face off in a key divisional game with playoff implications for both franchises.
