Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott publicly criticized offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer following the team's Week 8 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to a report published November 2, 2026. The game took place on October 26, 2026, at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
The report, authored by Anthony Miller for Heavy.com and distributed via Yahoo Sports, indicates Prescott "called out" Schottenheimer after what was described as an "embarrassing" loss. However, a photo caption from the same game referenced the Cowboys "defeating the Philadelphia Eagles," creating a discrepancy in the available information.
No specific quotes from Prescott, the final score, or details of the criticism were provided in the source material. The Cowboys' record and playoff implications following the Week 8 contest were also not specified.
