The Edmonton Oilers aim to extend their perfect road start to the 2026-27 NHL season when they visit the New Jersey Devils at Prudential Center on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. ET. Edmonton has won all seven away games so far, including a 4-0 shutout of the New York Islanders and a 4-1 victory over the New York Rangers. The Oilers have allowed just one goal during their three-game winning streak.

Connor McDavid leads the league with 39 points and 30 assists through 15 games, recording a point in every contest. His 15-game assist streak to start the season is an NHL record. McDavid has 51 career points in 32 games against Devils goaltender Connor Hellebuyck, his highest total against any netminder. Hellebuyck, acquired from Winnipeg on Oct. 23, has a 1.50 goals-against average and .923 save percentage in two starts for New Jersey, which has won four straight at home.

The Devils are -160 money-line favorites. SportsLine's projection model favors the Over 6.5 goals (+108), while expert Angelo Magliocca backs Jack Hughes to register over 3.5 shots on goal (-114).

Other NHL action Tuesday includes the Utah Mammoth at Toronto Maple Leafs (7 p.m. ET, ESPN+) and the Anaheim Ducks at Vancouver Canucks (9 p.m. ET, ESPN+). In college basketball, Drexel visits Virginia at 7:30 p.m. ET on ACC Network. The SportsLine model gives Drexel a 67% chance to cover the +31.5-point spread.
