The Green Bay Packers have signed linebacker DJ Johnson, a former third-round draft pick, ahead of their Week 9 matchup. Johnson, who was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the 2023 NFL Draft, appeared in a preseason game against the Cleveland Browns at Bank of America Stadium on August 8, 2025.
The move adds depth to Green Bay's linebacker corps as they prepare for the second half of the regular season. Johnson spent his rookie season with Carolina after being chosen 80th overall out of Oregon.
